Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process:

1. Contact us at bareflora3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and address.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
